For existing apartments and houses, wireless is most often chosen (fast installation without channelling). For new builds and renovations, wired or a combination makes sense. We will recommend the option according to the layout, risk areas and future expandability.
Yes – typically wirelessly. Detectors and components are installed with minimal interference to the interior, the system is set up and tested, and everything is controlled via the app.
After agreement, we do a site survey, propose detector placement and scenarios (apartment/house/business), prepare an offer, carry out the installation, set up the system, test all components and finally train you in how to use it.
In addition to security, it can also detect fire, water leaks and other protection elements and automations (e.g. controlling gates, selected lights). The advantage is that everything is in one app and the system can be gradually expanded.
The PCO (Central Monitoring Station) receives the alarm information and, according to the set procedure, verifies the event and handles the intervention. It is mainly useful for family houses, businesses and properties outside the city centre – in the MSK region, especially where you want a fast response even when you are not nearby.
We recommend a regular service inspection – testing all detectors and inputs, sirens, communication (LTE/IP), checking batteries and backup, checking events and settings, and possibly testing the transmission to the PCO.
Wireless components have batteries with a long life, but it depends on use and environment. When the system reports a low battery, it is best to replace it in time and also check the condition of the other components – this prevents false alarms and outages.
Most often it is due to app settings, changing the phone, weak LTE signal, a problem with the router/internet, or a need to update the communicator settings. We will carry out diagnostics and set up reliable event transmission.
Yes – Jablotron is modular. The system can be expanded in stages (e.g. first ground floor, then upper floor/garage) and for many installations, modifications or reconfiguration can also be done when the layout changes. The ideal is to design it so that growth makes sense from the start.
